An outline of intervention in respect of need assessment and need fulfilment is given as under:

Methodology

Course will be conducted in conducive learning environment by way of interaction. Experiential Learning will be key aspect of training. It will have exercises, case studies, role play and storytelling approach.

Programme Facilitator

It will be facilitated by a facilitator who has done Post Graduation in humanities and has experience of influencing minds of people. His interventions have benefited several individuals and organisations.

Investment

This programme will be conducted at Training Conference facility of Hotel/ Resort. Our institute would provide morning breakfast, lunch and two session tea/ coffee to the participants. It would have an investment of Rs.2,000/- per candidate for the day programme. In case the programme is conducted in-house with above mentioned arrangement by sponsored agency, it would have investment of Rs. 1,000/- per candidate. There is requirement of minimum 20 guaranteed participants. The batch size shall not exceed 30 participants to ensure programme effectiveness.
