Tjalling Siersma – One of Speak First’s trainers for the Netherlands, Tjalling Siersma has had a diverse career within various international and national Business to Business companies. He has worked as Line Manager and Managing Director in several industries, including export and import companies and temporary employment agencies.
For 12 years he has been working as a Communications Trainer and Personal Coach, with expertise in personal development, spoken communication, conflict resolution, personal leadership, commercial expertise and negotiation. He brings insight, pragmatism and inspiration combined with fun and humour to his training sessions and business relationships.
