Melissa D’souza

Melissa is an enthusiastic facilitator. Her style of delivery is a mixture of fun and theory and she believes in” walk the talk “.Her teaching methodology tends to have a flavour of various psychological principles & theories.

She has been involved in delivering Behavior skilled programs such as Rational Emotive therapy (RET) ,Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) workshops and developing and implementation of soft skills training programs along with psychological aptitude testing , Personality profiling of Young adults and children when she was associated with a Non Profit NGO . Melissa also presented a psychological paper at the South East Asia Regional Conference on Psychology (SARC ) –“Preparing for a change” – A report on a cross section of Therapeutic Services available for Alcohol Addiction in Mumbai City.

Melissa also carries along with her credit certifications in Personal Counseling,(Institute of Human Technology- Mumbai )Personality Development, Time management, Leadership skills both from India and abroad .She strongly believes, her passion for bringing “Value addition in an individual ‘s life” is achieved through the platform of delivering Training to enhance and sharpen an individual’s already existing life skills.

Melissa has completed her Graduation and also has a Masters in Psychology from Bombay University with 5 years of work experience as a Trainer with a blend of Human Resource functional expertise both in India and abroad giving her a global perspective in the Training Industry. Her previous work assignments were in Pharma, BPO and Hospitality Industries.

She enjoys reading and attending self help and management workshops programs, analyzing handwriting of her colleagues and friends and loves travelling to exotic places whenever she can.
